Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. If it has been less than 30 days since your purchase, we’re happy to assist you with an exchange or return for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase and have already used part of it, please reach out to our support team at team@getpaute.com. We’ll gladly review your situation and explore any available options.

In certain cases, a partial store credit may be issued, but we will always do our best to accommodate you.
